Bison gores woman in Yellowstone National Park

A 25-year-old woman was gored by a bison in Yellowstone National Park on Monday morning, officials said.

They said the 25-year-old woman from Grove City, Ohio, approached the bison on Saturday.

Park officials said visitors are required to remain more than 25 yards away from bison

Bison are responsible for more injuries to people in Yellowstone than any other animal, according to the NPS.
